Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We Understand Your Concerns!

At Luxaura, we are committed to ensuring that your products arrive safe, unbroken, and in perfect condition at your doorstep.
However, in the rare case you receive a damaged item, please WhatsApp us immediately upon delivery at +91- 9891121041  for a Free Replacement or Full Refund - no questions asked.

Detailed Policy

Returns & Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform the Luxaura team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly share clear pictures of the product via WhatsApp at +91-9891121041 or email us at sales@luxauraglassdecors.com.

Once verified, the product will be replaced or a refund will be initiated if no replacement is available.
Please note that the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If eligible for a refund or promo code, the following guidelines apply:

  • Refunds for prepaid or online transactions (via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking) will be processed within 15–20 working days from the date of initiation.
     
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or issued as a promo code, depending on the most suitable resolution.
     
  • Promo codes once issued or used cannot be reactivated or reused in case of order cancellation.
     

Cancellations

Before Delivery:
You may cancel your order (except for custom or made-to-order products) any time before it has been dispatched by contacting Luxaura customer support via WhatsApp or email.
If cancelled before a delivery attempt, any advance amount paid will be refunded as per our refund policy.

A delivery attempt is defined as a scheduled visit to your address for product delivery.

At the Time of Delivery:
Cancellations are not accepted during delivery, as Luxaura product range includes fragile items that require careful handling.

After Delivery:
Products once delivered cannot be returned.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to the Luxaura team within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos via WhatsApp (+91-9891121041) or email (sales@luxauraglassdecors.com).
Based on verification, a replacement or refund will be processed if applicable.
